Hello Maam,
I find that there is no recipe for rasgulla on your site, even then my question is regarding the same.
What is to be done to make the rasgullas soft and fluffy?
They are supposed to swell on cooking, if they don't what could the possible reasons be ?
Please do provide your valuable input.
Thanks and warm regards,
Anju

I don't have a recipe for it yet.
It is made of low fat milk. Some people add a pinch of soda when mashing it. Has to be mashed well and smooth. Maybe you did not mash it well enough.

There are no special cookware for veg or non veg. Just use the ones you have received and get more of the same kind or glass oven proof bowls.

Unfortunately the book is out of print, so I do not have any to sell. People have found it on Amazon though, if you want to try.

Hello Mam in eggless cake what we can add to make it more spongy and tasty
Query posted by : Sushama on 25-Jan-2012

It will never be spongy as a fatless sponge, but try making the mixture a little lighter by adding some more liquid to it.
