Ingredients

3/4 Cup plain flour , 1/4 th Cup Sugar , 1/2 th Cup oil , 1/4th cup raisins , 1/2 tsp Baking powder , 1/2 tsp Baking soda , 1 Mango ( Pulp ) , 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

Preparation

In a bowl mix mango pulp ,vanilla essence, sugar and oil and keep it a side. Mix baking powder and baking soda in the flour and mix it properly. Now make make a dent in the center and mix the mango pulp mixture in it and raisins. mix it gently. Line the muffin tray with the paper liner ( if paper liner is not available just grease the container ) and pour a batter in it upto 3/4th of it.Bake it for 30 min or untill tooth pick comes clear out of it . Do check after 20 min. Enjoy your delicious mango muffins :)
