Colorful Chicken Soup (fat free)

Ingredients

• Chicken, boneless, diced small 1 cup
• Chicken stock 4 cups
• Celery, chopped fine 2 tbsp
• Red capsicum, chopped fine 2 tbsp
• Yellow capsicum, chopped fine 2 tbsp
• Onion, chopped fine ¼ cup
• Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste
• Kali mirch (powdered black pepper) ¼ tsp
• Tobasco sauce few drops to taste
• Oregano ½ tsp
• Cut macaroni   ¼ cup

Preparation

• Bring the stock to a boil and add the chicken. Simmer till the chicken is tender.

• Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer till the vegetables and macaroni are bite like and serve.
