Cheese and Pineapple Rounds

Open sandwiches with Pineapple and cream cheese

Type: Sandwiches Serving: 6 pieces Cooking Time: 15 minutes


  • Brown Bread slices 6, cut into rounds with cutters
  • Hung curd 2 tbsp, seasoned with salt and black pepper
  • Cheese, grated cup
  • Vinegared onions, chopped fine 2 tbsp
  • Mint, chopped 1 tbsp
  • Pineapple slices 6
  • Mint leaves for garnish


  • Spread the bread rounds with the hung curd.
  • Mix together the cheese, onions and mint leaves.

  • Spread each slice of round with a layer of the cheese mixture.

  • Place a slice of pineapple over each.

  • Garnish and serve.
