A mexican accompaniment made from avocado

Type: Dips/Dressings Serving: 4-6


  • Avocado 1
  • Parsley, chopped fine 2 tbsp
  • Tomato, peeled and chopped cup
  • Green chillies, chopped to taste
  • Onions, grated 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste or 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp


  • Method
  • 1. Cut the avocado into half, remove the seed and scoop out the pulp.

  • 2. Mash the pulp with a fork and mix the rest of the ingredients into it and serve.
