Onion Chutney

Onion Chutney

  • Onion - 1( Big size)
  • Tomato - 1
  • Dry Red Chilli - 3
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp.
  • Salt - as required


  • Cut onion, tomatoes, ginger into small pieces. Heat Oil in a pan, now add all the ingredients expect salt. Fry till raw smell goes. Now take the extract in a mixie jar, add salt to it and grind into paste. Your Onion Chutney is ready to serve with Idli, Dosai and Bondas.
