Chicken Filling

A chicken mixture used to fill potatoes.

Type: Snacks Serving: 2 Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • Chicken, cooked and diced 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ajwain or ajwain leaves tsp
  • Hara Pyaaz, chopped fine with leaves cup
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch, powder tsp
  • Cream or malai cup
  • Cheese, grated, to garnish.


  • Heat the oil and ajwain, and then the hara pyaaz.
  • Saute till the onion is soft. Add the chicken, salt and kali mirch and saute till well mixed.

  • Mix in the cream, heat through and pour over the potato and top with grated cheese.
