Sprouts Chaat

A mixture of sprouted lentils in a tangy dressing

Type: Salad Serving: 6-8


  • Kala Channa (horse gram), sprouted 1 cup
  • Soya beans, boiled 1 cup
  • Moong Daal (Green Gram), sprouted 1 cup
  • Rajmah (kidney beans) 1 cup
  • Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese), diced 1 cup
  • Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves), chopped cup
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli), chopped to taste
  • Onions, chopped fine 1 cup
  • Tomato, de-seeded and chopped fine 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp or to taste
  • Bhuna pissa jeera (roasted and powderedcumin) 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients together and serve. You can also add a little dahi or Sonth ki Chutney
  • if so desired.
