Tangy, Delicious Chicken(fat free)

A light preparation--caloriewise and spicewise

Type: Fat Free Serving: 4 Cooking Time: 30 minutes, after marinating


  • Boneless chicken cubes kg ]
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp ]
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp ]marinate together 2-3 hours
  • Green chilli paste, or to taste 1 tsp ]
  • Lemon grass, 3 stalks 2
  • Salt 2 tsp ]
  • Lemon juice cup ]
  • Roasted and powdered jeera 2 tsp
  • Chopped hara dhania 2 tbsp


  • Place the marinated chicken in a kadahi and saute over high heat till it looks opaque.
  • Lower the heat, cover partially and saute till tender and moist. In case there is excess liquid, remove the chicken pieces and decrease the liquid by cooking over high heat, before replacing the chicken again and heating through. Discard the lemon grass.

  • Serve, garnished with the jeera and hara dhania.
