Dhania Aloo (fat free)

  • Small potatoes, boiled and peeled 500g
  • Bhuna Zeera (roasted powdered Cumin seeds) 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves), chopped fine   cup


  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Heat a kadahi and saute the potato mixture over high heat till heated through and mixed well. Sprinkle water in case they stick too much. Serve hot or cold.
