                                                Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese), cut into 1 ½” cubes		500 g
Garlic paste						2 tsp
Ginger paste						2 tsp
Powdered black pepper (Pissi kali mirch)			1 tsp
Salt							1 tbsp or to taste
Coriander leaves (Hara dhania), chopped			2 tbsp
Green chillies, chopped					to taste
Yogurt (Dahi)						¼ cup
All purpose Flour (Maida)					2 tsp
White sesame seeds (Safed til)			¼ cup	
Oil to brush the grilling pan 
Lemon wedges and onion rings for garnish

Mix the flour into the yogurt and beat to smoothen. 
Add the  garlic, ginger, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves and green chillies to the yogurt and mix well. 
 Dip the paneer pieces in the yogurt mixture to coat lightly.
Coat lightly, the paneer pieces with the sesame seeds and keep aside till ready to serve. 
Before serving, brush a grilling pan or tray with oil and place over high heat. 
When hot place the paneer pieces over it and brown over high heat on both sides and serve hot, garnished with lemon and onion rings.
