                                                Bread, masala or herbed of your choice	1, 12” roll, cut into ½” thick slices 
(shaped like a French loaf)
Butter, softened, to spread over the slices	¼ cup, approx. 
Paneer, diced small			1 ½ cup
Ajwain					½ tsp
Tomato, de-seeded and chopped		1 ½ cup
Chilli powder 				½ tsp
Basil leaves, dried			½ tsp
Olive oil					2 tbsp
Salt to taste
A pre-heated griller (with elements on both sides)
Some greens to garnish

                                          Butter the bread pieces on one side.  Mix the paneer, ajwain, 1 tbsp olive oil and some salt together. 
Mix the tomato, chilli powder, basil, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt to taste. 
Arrange the tomato and paneer over the bread pieces, on the buttered side,  in a decorative way. 
Grill over high for 3-5 minutes, till edges are slightly brown. 
Serve hot garnished with greens. 
*in case you have a griller with elements only on one side, toast one side of the bread lightly, which will stay at the bottom.
