- 
                                          •	Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in cooker 
 
•	Add tej pata illachi and makahne sauté                                                                                                                          this for 1 min
•	Add peas into this and 1 cup of water
•	Bring to a boil and cook till peas are tender.
•	Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan  
•	Add onion paste in a pan and sauté this for 1 min , add ginger garlic paste and sauté this for 2-3 min
•	When onion turns golden brown add tomato paste
•	Add all the dry masala and stir fry, till oil separates. 
•	Add khus paste and lower the flame. 
•	Then add khoya and sauté this for 2 min then add malai into this and again sauté this for 2-3 min
•	Add the peas mixture and ½ cup of water into this prepration and mix it well
•	Leave this on slow for 2-3 min
•	Serve this hot with green coriander garnishing
