Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Breasts 4 large (500 g)

Eggs 2

Ginger paste 1 tsp

Garlic paste 1 tsp

Onions, finely chopped ½ cup (100 g)

Hara Dhania, chopped 2 tbsp
-
Green chillies, finely chopped 1 tbsp or to taste

Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste

Kali Mirch (Black pepper) powdered ½ tsp
-
Dhania powder 1 tbsp
-
Garam masala ½ tsp
-
Oil ¼ cup (60 g)

Pineapple rings 4-6
-
Hara Dhania for garnish

Preparation

Wipe the chicken pieces and beat with a sharp knife to flatten.
Beat the eggs slightly, add ginger, garlic, onions, dhania, chillies, salt, kali mirch, dhania powder and garam masala.
Add this mixture into the chicken pieces and marinate for 2 hours or so.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chicken pieces.
Brown on both sides over high heat.
Lower the heat and cook covered, till tender.
Remove the chicken from the pan and brown the pineapple rings in it over high heat.
Arrange the chicken and pineapple in a serving dish, and serve hot, garnished with the drippings and hara dhania.
