OTHE R INGREDIENTS

OIL 3 TBSP

BUTTER 1 TSP

MAGGI VEGETERIAN CUBES TO MAKE STOCK 2

KASURI METHI ROASTED 1 TSP

MAGGI HOT AND SWEET SAUCE OR ANY REGULAR KETCHUP 1TBSP

CHOPPED CORIANDER 1TBSP

EGGS FOUR TO FIVE

SALT TO TASTE

Preparation

PROCEDURE
BOIL EGGS SEPERATELY IN A VESSEL FOR ATLEAST 15 MINUTES
IN A KADAI DRY ROAST THE INGREDIENTS MENTIONED UNDER PASTE .ONCE IT COOLS DOWN GRIND IN THE MIXER WITH VERY LITTLE WATER OR NO WATER.
HEAT OIL IN A KADAI ADD BUTTER TOO . ONCE OIL IS SLIGHTLY HOT ADD THE PASTE AND FRY TILL THE OIL SEPERATES FROM THE EDGES.ADD THE MAGGI VEG CUBES STOCK ,SALT SUGAR,HOT AND SWEET SAUCE.
ONCE THE SAUCE COMES TO A BOIL ADD THE EGGS.
LET IT BOIL FOR 5 MINS AND THEN CLOSE THE GAS
GIVE IT A TADKA OF LITTLE OIL,CHOPPED CORIANDER,KASURI METHI.
CLOSE THE LID AND SERVE HOT.
GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER AND SERVE WITH CHAPATIS.
