                                                Skimmed milk						5 cups (1 kg)

Chhoti Elaichi (Green Cardamom), seeds only, powdered	4

Artificial sweetener, powdered				¾  cup or to taste

Oranges (santra), segments peeled				4

                                      Preparation

                                        - 
                                          Bring the milk to a boil in a wide, heavy based pan and then simmer till thicker (about ½ evaporated). 
 
Shut off the heat; add the elaichi and sweetener and leave to cool.  
Break up the orange segments, leaving some for garnishing.  
Mix the broken segments into the milk, transfer into a serving bowl and chill.  
Garnish with the rest of the orange and serve.
