Kele Ki Sabzi (Vrat)

Ingredients

Raw bananas peeled and diced 2

Ajwain (thymol seeds) 1 tsp

Ghee (Clarified butter) 1/4 cup (60 g)

Sabut lal mirch 2

Senda namak (rock salt) 2 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tbsp, or to taste

Hara dhania (Coriander leaves) for garnish, optional

Preparation

Heat oil in a heavy based pan and add ajwain and sabut mirch.
When mirch darkens a bit, add banana and turn around over high heat till all the pieces are coated with oil.
Lower heat, add salt, and let cook, covered, till tender but still holds its shape.
Mix in lemon juice and serve garnished with hara dhania.
