Ingredients

Potatoes, small, whole, boiled and peeled 500 g

Dahi (yogurt) beaten smooth 1/2 cup (100 g)

Dhania powder (coriander) 2 tsp

Pissi kali mirch (powdered black pepper) 1/4 tsp

Sendha namak (rock salt) 1 tbsp
-
Green chillies 2-3 ]
-
Ginger chopped 2 tsp ] ground together

Ghee 2 tbsp
-
Kadhi patta 1 sprig

Zeera (cummin seeds) 1 tsp
-
Sugar 2 tsp ]
-
Laung (cloves) 1/2 tsp ]

Dalchini (cinnamon) broken into pieces 1/2 tsp ] powdered together

Chhoti elaichi (cardamom) seeds 1/2 tsp ]

Preparation

Mix together, potatoes, dahi, dhania, kali mirch, green chilli and ginger paste, and the salt.
Heat ghee in a pan, and add the kadhi patta and the zeera. When zeera splutters, add potato mixture, and saute till fat separates.
Take it off the heat, mix in the powdered ingredients and serve immediately.
