Ingredients

3 cups (200 g) methi (fenugreek) leaves, chopped fine

½ -cup (60 g) besan (chick pea/ gram flour)

1-cup (160 g) atta (whole wheat flour)

2 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp heeng (asafoetida)

1/2 tsp chilli powder
-
2 tbsp (30 g) ghee (clarified butter)

1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
-
1 tbsp chopped hara dhania (coriander leaves)

Approx. ½ -cup (120 g) ghee (clarified butter) for frying the `paranthas'

This is made by kneading all the above ingredients together, and then rolling and cooking like
Saada Parantha
