Ingredients
|

Chicken, boneless, cubed 500 g

Oil 1 tbsp (15 g)

Garlic paste 1 tsp
-
Ginger paste 1 tsp
-
Besan 2 tbsp
-
Hung Dahi ½ cup
-
Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves), finely chopped 1 cup

Green chillies, chopped 1 tbsp.

Poodina, chopped 2 tbsp
-
Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste

Onions and lemon for garnish

Preparation

Wipe and clean the chicken and prick with a fork.
Mix in with the rest of the ingredients and marinate, refrigerated for 3-4 hours.
Place the chicken around the edge of a plate or better still over a grooved microwave rack and cook uncovered at HI for 15 minutes, turning pieces thrice.
In case you want them a bit brown, grill them under a hot grill.
Serve hot garnished with onions and lemon.
