Ingredients

Rajmah (Red Kidney beans), boiled 1/3 cup

Kabuli Channa (Chick peas), boiled 1/3 cup

Soya Beans, boiled 1/3 cup
-
Moong daal sabut (Green Gram, whole), cooked 1/3 cup

Simla Mirch (Capsicum) , chopped fine 1 cup

Dressing:
-
Olive oil 2 tbsp
-
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
-
Salt 2 tsp or to taste

Pissi kali mirch (powdered black pepper) ¼ tsp
-
Pudina (Mint), chopped fine ¼ cup

Tomato, de-seeded and shredded into strips for garnish

Preparation

Mix the beans and capsicums and keep chilled till ready to serve.
Mix dressing ingredients together.
Just before serving, mix the bean mixture and dressing and arrange over the serving dish.
Garnish with the tomato and serve.
