Spicy Cheese Dip

A cheese based dip which can be used as a spread too

  • Processed Cheese, grated 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ajwain (thymol seeds), roasted 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder tsp
  • Tulsi leaves, finely chopped 1 heaped tbsp
  • Salt tsp or to taste


  • Heat the milk, add the cheese and stir over low heat till melted. Add the Ajwain, chilli powder and tulsi leaves, mix well and serve.
