Jelly Mould

A light dessert made with Jelly crystals

  • Flavored Jelly 1 packet (85 g)
  • Water 2 cups
  • Mixed fruit, chopped fine 1 cup
  • Individual glasses for setting the jelly 6


  • Boil one cup of the water. Sprinkle the contents of the packet over it and stir till dissolved.
  • Mix in the other cup of water and pour into the glasses. Refrigerate for about an hour.

  • Sprinkle the fruit over the jelly and leave to set completely.

  • Serve chilled.
