Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch

Garlic pcs - 7-8
-
Green Chillies - 6-7
-

Other Ingredients:
-
Salt - To taste

Oil or Ghee - 2 TBsp
-
Rice - 1 cup soaked for 1/2 hour
-
Water - 1 1/2 cup or as much required for rice to get boiled

Preparation

1. Grind coriander leaves + garlic pcs + green chillies in blender. Grind it roughly.
2. Heat oil / ghee in preasure cooker. Add dhania paste and fry a little. Make sure the paste does not get burnt or gets black.
3. Add rice and fry a little. Add salt.
4. Finally add water. Give one whistle.
5. Sprinkle little desi ghee on top and serve hot. Goes very well with dall makhani.
