Ingredients

Dahi/Curds/Yogurt 1 cup (200 g)

Rice Flour 2 cup

Haldi ¼ tsp
-
Green Chilli and garlic paste 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Oil 1 tbsp
-
Banana leaves, cut to size

Oil to grease leaves

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except banana leaves and oil to grease it.
Cover and leave to ferment 6-7 hours or overnight.
Take a piece of the banana leaf and smear a thin layer over it, in a circular motion.
Cover with another piece of leaf, greased side down.
Lift the two together and place over a hot griddle (tawa). Cook on one side, flip and cook on the other.
Fold into two and serve.
