Sandesh (fat free and sugar free)

  • Paneer (made from skimmed milk) 150 g
  • Skimmed milk powder cup
  • Chhoti Elaichi (green cardamom), crushed a little 4
  • Kesar (saffron) 6-7 strands (large pinch)
  • Artificial Sweeteners 20 tablets, powdered
  • Almonds, shredded thin (lenghtwise) 6


  • Blend the paneer , soojee and milk powder together till smooth.
  • Mix in the elaichi and sweetener and set in a layer about thick.

  • Refrigerate till set and cut into squares or diamonds and serve.
