Bhel Green Chutney

Type: Chutney Serving: About 1/2 cup


  • Green chillies, roughly chopped 100g
  • Coriander leaves (hara dhania) chopped 100g
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram (bhuna channa) 2 tbsp


  • Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste on a stone or in a food processor, adding the minimum water (if you can do without water, it is ideal, because this increases the keeping life of the `chutney'.
