Vegetable Salad

Fresh vegetables with a vinegar based dressing

  • 3 cups cabbage(Patta Gobi ) shredded
  • cup Shimla Mirch(capsicum) shredded
  • cup Tomatoes de-seeded, sliced thin
  • cup Onion thinly sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • tsp Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Vinegar(Sirka )


  • Mix the vegetables and refrigerate to chill
  • Mix the salt, pepper, garlic, sugar and vinegar. Keep Aside

  • Before serving, mix the vegetables and the vinegar mixture and serve immediately.
